- Hi, my name is Charity. I have been married for 12 years and my husband and I have 2 beautiful children. About 2 years ago our family started to eat low carb. We started off really well and started seeing a change in the way we felt and our weight. As time went by we fell off the wagon some and I am in the process of getting myself back on track. I will use this site to log my daily carb numbers along with a verse or song that spoke to me that day. It's not just a physical journey, it's a spiritual one as well.
